Project Overview
A digital platform with a mobile app serving two sides: customers who want beauty services at home, and service providers looking for a wide customer base and steady work across Saudi Arabia.
The Challenge
Finding a trusted beauty provider who comes to your home relied on word of mouth and social media, with no clear way to book, rate or track a request — while providers lacked an organized channel to reach customers.
Our Solution
We built a platform with a customer app and a provider app, featuring map-based routing to the nearest provider, slot-based booking for hair, makeup, nails, body care, bridal and more, ratings, live order tracking, and online payment via mada, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
