Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CAL IQ collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, use our technology services, or connect an integration.

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Information we collect

We may collect contact and business details, account information, messages, project inquiries, service communications, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and usage events.

When CAL IQ is connected to business systems or communication channels, we may process conversations, records, documents, workflow events, prompts, outputs, and related metadata as needed to provide the requested technology or AI solution.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve CAL IQ services; respond to inquiries; design and operate solutions; analyze performance; and communicate with users and clients.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve service quality, provided it does not identify an individual or client account.

3. Meta and WhatsApp platform data

If you use a CAL IQ integration with Meta or WhatsApp Business, we process message content, contact phone numbers, delivery status, account identifiers, and related metadata only to provide the requested messaging, automation, integration, and reporting features.

We do not sell Meta platform data or use it for advertising or unrelated profiling. Access tokens obtained through Meta Embedded Signup are encrypted, not exposed in the frontend, and used only for required API calls.

See the WhatsApp Business Platform Policy and Data Deletion Instructions on this website for more information.

4. Sharing information

We may share information with providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate our services. They are expected to process information only for the services they provide.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a legitimate business transaction.

5. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain necessary business records.

6. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting us. We may verify your identity or authority before acting.

For deletion requests, including Meta and WhatsApp integration data, visit cal-iq.tech/data-deletion or email info@cal-iq.tech with the subject Data Deletion Request.
