Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CALIQ collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, use our services, or interact with CALIQ integrations.

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Information we collect

We may collect contact details, business information, account details, messages you send to us, demo requests, support communications, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and usage events.

If CALIQ is connected to customer communication channels or business systems, we may process customer conversations, ticket details, CRM records, workflow events, and related metadata as needed to provide the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve CALIQ; respond to inquiries; operate demos and support; configure workflows; analyze product performance; and communicate with users and customers.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance and improve product quality, provided it does not identify an individual or customer account.

3. Meta and WhatsApp platform data

If you interact with CALIQ through Meta products or connect a WhatsApp Business Account to CALIQ, we process the information made available by that integration — including message content, contact phone numbers, message delivery statuses, and WhatsApp Business Account identifiers — only for the purpose of delivering the requested messaging, inbox, automation, and reporting service.

We do not sell Meta platform data. We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, unrelated profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and improving the features requested by the connected business. Access tokens and credentials obtained through Meta's Embedded Signup are encrypted and stored securely, are not exposed in the frontend, and are used only for API calls required to operate the integration.

For full details on how WhatsApp integration data is handled, your rights over that data, and how to request deletion, see our WhatsApp Business Platform Policy at cal-iq.tech/whatsapp.

4. Sharing information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and operate CALIQ. These providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

5. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Customers may request deletion as described below.

6. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

For data deletion instructions — including for Meta platform data and WhatsApp integration data — visit cal-iq.tech/data-deletion or email info@cal-iq.tech with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or requests — including those related to Meta or WhatsApp platform data — contact CALIQ at info@cal-iq.tech.
