These terms govern access to and use of CAL IQ websites, products, services, demos, and integrations. By using CAL IQ, you agree to them.

If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may use CAL IQ only for lawful business purposes and in line with applicable agreements, documentation, and usage limits.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions of data, prompts, instructions, workflows, and system connections you provide.

You may not violate laws or rights, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, reverse engineer protected service components, or process data without proper authority.

CAL IQ or AI-generated outputs must not be the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals unless appropriate human review and safeguards are in place.

Clients retain ownership of their data. CAL IQ processes that data to provide and improve services, support users, maintain security, and meet contractual obligations.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize CAL IQ to access and process the information required for the requested integration or workflow.

If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, you confirm that you are authorized to do so, will follow Meta policies and applicable laws, and have valid opt-in consent from contacts.

Meta alone decides whether to approve, reject, pause, restrict, or suspend templates, phone numbers, or accounts. Meta message fees are separate from CAL IQ fees unless a written agreement states otherwise.

CAL IQ and its licensors retain rights in the CAL IQ platform, software, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology.

We may use feedback and suggestions without restriction unless agreed otherwise in writing.

CAL IQ is provided as-is and as-available unless a separate agreement states otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAL IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profit, revenue, data, or opportunity.

We may update these terms and will post the latest version here.

We may suspend or terminate access when use violates these terms, creates a security risk, or may harm CAL IQ, clients, users, or third parties.
