Use this page to request deletion of personal information or Meta platform data that CAL IQ may process through its services or integrations.

Email info@cal-iq.tech with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Include your name, organization, contact email, the service or integration involved, and enough detail to locate the data. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive identifiers.
For WhatsApp message data, contacts, delivery status, account identifiers, or other Meta data, explain this in your request.
Include your WhatsApp Business Account ID if known, relevant phone numbers, the email used with CAL IQ, and whether you are the business operator or an end-user contact.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify applicable data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons.
We may request information to verify your identity, authority, or relationship to the organization controlling the data.
We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may require more time, and we will communicate the status when appropriate.
Deletion may remove account records, communications, project or workflow records, integration data, or personal information from active systems where technically and legally possible.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, audit records, or security records until deleted under retention schedules.
